The Yoga Studio Organic Buckwheat Linen Bolster is handmade in the EU using high-grade, clean, organic buckwheat hulls. The round bolster is designed to provide firm, stable support for yoga postures and meditation, supporting the spine and head during restorative and yin practices. The buckwheat hull filling naturally moulds to the body while maintaining its structure over time, offering consistent support without the compression associated with foam alternatives.

The outer cover is made from 100% premium linen — durable, breathable, and machine washable at 30°C. The inner cover is 100% cotton, also zipped and machine washable. A convenient carry handle is integrated into the design for easy transport between home, studio, or retreat. The bolster measures approximately 230mm x 600mm and weighs approximately 3.85kg.

Wash the linen cover on a gentle cycle at 30°C using mild detergent. Separate light and dark fabrics and linen from other fabric types. Do not bleach or overload the machine. The inner buckwheat filling does not require washing under normal use.
