We want you to be completely satisfied with your Calm Era purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original, unopened packaging
• Returned within the applicable window from the date of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Supplements, vitamins, and ingestible products
• Skincare, personal care, and topical products
• Essential oils and aromatherapy products
• Perishable or consumable goods
• Custom or personalised products
• Gift cards and downloadable items
• Sale or final sale items

This does not affect your statutory rights. EU customers retain their 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened items.

How to Start a Return

Contact our team at returns@calm-era.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@calm-era.com immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
