Calm Era
We believe in flexibility. You are in full control of your Calm Era subscription at all times.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in any of the following ways:
- Log in to your account at calm-era.com and manage your subscription from your account dashboard
- Email us at hello@calm-era.com with your request and order details
Refunds on Cancellation
Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed are not eligible for a refund for that billing period. However, no further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us and we will review your case.
EU Customers — Statutory Rights
EU customers have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason, provided no order has been dispatched within that period. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@calm-era.com.
