The Yoga Studio Alignment Cork Yoga Mat features a top surface made from a blend of natural and sustainably sourced recycled cork, bonded to a natural rubber base with a non-toxic adhesive and fabric scrim. Both sides of the mat can be used for practice — the cork surface provides a naturally antimicrobial, non-slip grip that increases as it gets wet, while the open-cell natural rubber underside grips the floor firmly. The mat measures 183cm x 61cm x 4mm and weighs 2.4kg. A free black carry strap is included.

Cork is naturally antimicrobial, helping to repel mould, mildew, bacteria, and odours without the need for frequent cleaning. The mat is 100% biodegradable and sustainable, with no toxins, metals, or harmful chemicals in the construction. No break-in period is required — the cork surface provides excellent grip from the first use, and grip improves further with moisture. Spritzing water onto the hand and foot contact areas before practice can enhance traction immediately.

To care for the mat, do not fold or crease. Roll with the cork surface facing outwards. To clean, wipe down with warm water and a small amount of mild soap, then leave to air dry before rolling. Do not machine wash or submerge.
