At 5.5kg (12lb) density, these are among the firmest chip foam blocks available, providing reliable support for alignment and stability work in yoga practice. Buying as a pair is ideal, as blocks are most commonly used in pairs for symmetrical support in standing, seated, and restorative poses.

These blocks are made from recycled materials, so colour varies from batch to batch and always has a mottled or multicoloured appearance.
